17.5 Restaurant Day -Born in space

At the restaurant day the Retreat turned into a taste and texture experience. 
It was an experimented with molecular gastronomy. 
Visitors could try a familiar taste but with a new structure. 
It seemed surprisingly hard to tell which ingredients the taste actually consisted of. 
We had guesses like: mango, durian carrot and ginger... some of them were not far from the truth....
