Here is a map of some locations in Estonia where you can find the stickers. If you pass by there please take a pic of the stickers and post it here ! It would be wonderful to see what the surroundings looks like...

Promotion

 One part of the retreat have been to somehow promote the project not only in Helsinki but around the world. I have done this by using social media and sending stickers to different corners of the globe.

My hope is to get a wide range of people curious to get involved, join/visit and stay longer time during the retreat exhibition.

While I'm waiting for friday and our first  group  meeting  concerning  the  exhibition  space division after which I hope I finally will know who is going to be exactly where and next to who...

I stumbled back on an old topic [deforestation caused by companies like IKEA] that I was researching/reading about a couple of years ago.

I found a location I have been looking at in 2011, but also a curious thing about this spot now is the change of color in the ground. Last time I saw a satellite image of it it was manly pink...

wikipedia: "The iron ore refinery (JSC Karelsky okatysh, or Karelian Pellet) employs approximately five thousand people and associated mining has left a huge hole near the factory"

So I suppose that the pink ground I saw in 2011 is now underwater...

Still and still in the dark...

As the spring is blasting outside it almost seems as May is just around the next corner...

7 weeks to go...

Things are moving all around and it seems as some vital things are getting stomped in the mud.

Where is this kuvan kevät exhibition going to be anyway?

I been asking myself and everyone involved since beginning of the year. I wonder how one week can turn into two, tree... and nobody still have any real clue?

So if you hear anything please let me know, I can not wait to proceed with my work!
